Custom Companions and Settlers: A Fallout 4 Control NPC Mod with Hotkeys and MCM

Should this for some reason not work, you can always set your keyboard's language layout to US in the Windows control panel. After restarting Fallout 4 pressing the equivalent button from above will open the console.


The HUD will disappear and you will get a prompt (--- ) in the lower-left corner of the screen where you can input commands as listed below (The console will also remember any previously entered commands, which you can scroll through with the Up and Down Arrow keys). While the console is open, the game will pause and the camera will freeze. If the left side of the console is not visible, one may need to edit the Fallout4_Default.ini file in the installation folder. Increasing the iConsoleTextXPos variable will move the prompt further right into the field of view. Fallout 4 does not require turning off an Xbox/PS Controller if you are using one, to use the console. If you are using a controller, simply use your keyboard to enable the console.

Scrap Everything does what it says on the tin. Once installed, virtually every aspect of a settlement can be scrapped, making it far easier for players to start their settlements from scratch. Granted, it can seem a little daunting at first, but it ultimately gives players far more control over the layouts of their settlements.


Want to make a melee build follower? Ooooh.... want to make a sniper build follower? Have Amazing Follower Tweaks. Use AFT Master Control in your Pipboy menu under AID to modify your follower's SPECIAL and even their size. AFT control can do many things for your settlement so become very familiar with this mod (Read their How To section).


The Teleportation MachineOnce inside the hidden chamber, Camaron and Aldi rush forward to get a look at the device. Camaron instructs Scotti to place the sphere and lexicon into the control panel as she bonds with Aldi over their discovery.


However, their joy proves to be short-lived when Scotti removes his helmet and reveals himself as the Dwarvenborn, the one true savior of Skyrim. Using his machine hand, he disables the control panel and renders the teleportation machine inert. Camaron rushes to the control panel and finds the buttons are stuck, but it is unclear if the machine was already damaged given its age.


FWE includestwo optional modules, "FO3 Wanderers Edition - Optional VATSHalftime.esp" and "FO3 Wanderers Edition - Optional VATS Realtime.esp,"which controls how fast the player moves in VATS relative to the targetand other actors in the area. With the half-time VATS module,VATS animations play at 50% that of real time, although players moveslightly faster than their target. The real-time VATS module makesplayers and other actors move at normal speed in VATS. These optionsmake using VATS a little more strategic and challenging, but alsoreduce the player damage taken in VATS down from the default settings.


This fix should work, opposed to changes to the fallout_default.ini in the game's folder. Also, there is no need to add these lines every time you start up Fallout. Once added, the mouse acceleration should be disabled permanently. The following paragraphs should be obsolete but are kept for archive purposes.


This option allows you to override that default Fallout 4 game mechanic and choose a different way of determining your settlements population limits - which is especially helpful for low charisma character builds. For instance you could control per settlement automatic settler recruitment limits with just the new Sim Settlement recruitment options (city plan limits and/or max unemployed) or you could simply keep automatic recruitment going indefinitely (or at least until your console/PC gets overwhelmed and crashes).


For my own, I'll go with OG Resident Evil 2. Remove the tank controls and put in normal directional controls. Tank controls might be the most acquired-taste control scheme in video game history, but those classic RE games straight up do not work without them. They are either ridiculously easy (see the REmake remaster for examples of this) or God-awful to control, particularly when the camera shifts and suddenly what was just "right" has become "down" or something (see the "classic" homage levels in Silent Hill Downpour for this). 2ff7e9595c
