Im trying to create a bat file to make an unattended installation with sccm. I downloaded jre-7u55-windows-i586.exe from -archive-downloads-javase7-521261.html (jre-7u55-windows-i586 is used for legacy application we are running)

I am running Java 7 (u51) which I am told by their site is out-of-date and needs updating. However, when I download the latest version and attempt to install it, an error message tells me that it's already installed and asks if I want to overwrite it. If I do that, a message saying "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed." Is there some straightforward way of updating Javascript? I am running a 64bit HP Pavilion Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium. I am running the current version of Firefox. Thanks in advance. 2ff7e9595c
